About us
…small pub turned burger joint. What was once a small Irish pub, (Nicholʻs Public House) is now a successful and booming restaurant that sells local grass-fed beef to visitors and kamaʻaina alike. With roots all over the country, Rhonda Nichols, owner, set up this lively establishment to pursue a dream of owning and operating a successful bar/restaurant.
Eventually, Rhonda turned "The Pub" to what is now one of Hiloʻs favorite places to get burgers, beers, and see live entertainment! Hilo Burger Joint caters to a diverse crowd and welcomes any and all customers from around the country!
